Evergreen Mountain Lookout

This is one of the few lookouts in Washington state that you can rent, thus guaranteeing your own private stay in a back-country lookout. For availability and access, you'll need to contact and visit the Skykomish Ranger Station: 360.677.2414.

Don't let the 1.5 mile trail fool you; this lookout is remote. After leaving Hwy 2, and several forest service roads later, you'll eventually make your way to the trailhead. Fortunately, it's a beautiful drive; see the map below.
